Delete Your Account

You can ask us to delete your Rally account and the personal data linked to it at any time. Fill in the form below and we will process your request.
This cannot be undone. Once your account is deleted you will lose access to your bookings, match history, points, level, badges and wallet. You cannot sign in again with the same phone number to recover any of it.
1. Before You Request Deletion
Please settle anything still open, because we cannot restore it afterwards:
- Wallet balance — spend or withdraw any remaining IQD balance. Contact us first if you need help transferring it.
- Upcoming bookings and matches — cancel or play them, so other players are not left short.
- Marketplace orders — wait until any order in progress is delivered.
- Tournaments and group training — withdraw from anything you are registered for.
2. How to Request
Submit the form below. It opens your email app with the request already written, addressed to info@rallyiraq.com — just press send from the address you want us to reply to.
For your security, we only accept requests for an account you own. We will contact you on the registered phone number to confirm the request before anything is deleted. If we cannot verify that you own the account, we will not delete it.
3. What Gets Deleted
Once we verify your request, we permanently delete:
- Your profile and account — name, phone number, email, username, photo, date of birth, gender, city, nationality, bio, level, points and badges.
- Sign-in data — all sessions and linked devices.
- Play data — your matches, scores, invitations and match chat messages.
- Bookings — your court bookings, booked services and packages.
- Social data — your posts and timeline activity, follows, followers, blocks and notifications.
- Training — your private and group training sessions.
- Marketplace — your cart, saved addresses and product reviews.
- Wallet — your wallet and any saved payment cards.
4. What We Keep, and Why
A small amount of data is kept after deletion, unlinked from you wherever possible:
- Financial records — payment, order and wallet transaction records are kept for the period required by applicable accounting and tax obligations, then deleted.
- Shared results — match scores and tournament brackets you took part in stay on record for the other players involved, with your name replaced by "Deleted user".
- Safety records — reports and blocks involving your account are kept where we need them to protect other players.
- Anonymized statistics — aggregate usage data that can no longer identify you.
5. How Long It Takes
We respond to your request within 7 days to verify it, and complete the deletion within 30 days of verification. Backups are purged on their normal rotation, within 90 days at the latest.

حذف حسابك

يمكنك أن تطلب منا حذف حسابك في "رالي" والبيانات الشخصية المرتبطة به في أي وقت. املأ النموذج أعلاه وسنقوم بمعالجة طلبك.
لا يمكن التراجع عن هذا الإجراء. بمجرد حذف حسابك ستفقد الوصول إلى حجوزاتك وسجل مبارياتك ونقاطك ومستواك وشاراتك ومحفظتك. ولن تتمكن من تسجيل الدخول مرة أخرى بنفس رقم الهاتف لاستعادة أي منها.
١. قبل تقديم الطلب
يرجى إنهاء أي أمور معلقة، لأننا لا نستطيع استعادتها لاحقاً:
- رصيد المحفظة — اصرف أو اسحب أي رصيد متبقٍ بالدينار العراقي. تواصل معنا أولاً إذا احتجت مساعدة في تحويله.
- الحجوزات والمباريات القادمة — قم بإلغائها أو العبها، حتى لا يتضرر بقية اللاعبين.
- طلبات المتجر — انتظر حتى يتم تسليم أي طلب قيد التنفيذ.
- البطولات والتدريبات الجماعية — انسحب من أي فعالية مسجّل فيها.
٢. كيفية تقديم الطلب
استخدم النموذج الموجود أعلاه. سيفتح تطبيق البريد لديك وقد كُتب الطلب مسبقاً وموجّه إلى info@rallyiraq.com — كل ما عليك هو الإرسال من العنوان الذي تريد أن نرد عليه.
لحمايتك، لا نقبل الطلبات إلا للحساب الذي تملكه. سنتواصل معك على رقم الهاتف المسجل لتأكيد الطلب قبل حذف أي شيء. وإذا لم نتمكن من التحقق من ملكيتك للحساب، فلن نقوم بالحذف.
٣. ما الذي يتم حذفه
بعد التحقق من طلبك، نحذف نهائياً:
- ملفك الشخصي وحسابك — الاسم ورقم الهاتف والبريد الإلكتروني واسم المستخدم والصورة وتاريخ الميلاد والجنس والمدينة والجنسية والنبذة والمستوى والنقاط والشارات.
- بيانات تسجيل الدخول — جميع الجلسات والأجهزة المرتبطة.
- بيانات اللعب — مبارياتك ونتائجك ودعواتك ورسائل محادثات المباريات.
- الحجوزات — حجوزات الملاعب والخدمات والباقات الخاصة بك.
- البيانات الاجتماعية — منشوراتك ونشاطك، والمتابَعون والمتابِعون، والحظر والإشعارات.
- التدريب — جلسات التدريب الخاصة والجماعية.
- المتجر — سلة التسوق والعناوين المحفوظة وتقييمات المنتجات.
- المحفظة — محفظتك وأي بطاقات دفع محفوظة.
٤. ما الذي نحتفظ به ولماذا
نحتفظ بقدر محدود من البيانات بعد الحذف، غير مرتبط بك كلما أمكن ذلك:
- السجلات المالية — سجلات الدفع والطلبات ومعاملات المحفظة نحتفظ بها للمدة التي تفرضها الالتزامات المحاسبية والضريبية المعمول بها، ثم تُحذف.
- النتائج المشتركة — نتائج المباريات وجداول البطولات التي شاركت فيها تبقى مسجّلة من أجل بقية اللاعبين، مع استبدال اسمك بعبارة "مستخدم محذوف".
- سجلات السلامة — البلاغات وحالات الحظر المتعلقة بحسابك نحتفظ بها عند الحاجة لحماية اللاعبين الآخرين.
- إحصاءات مجهولة المصدر — بيانات استخدام مجمّعة لا يمكن أن تعرّف بك.
٥. كم يستغرق الأمر
نرد على طلبك خلال ٧ أيام للتحقق منه، ونُتم الحذف خلال ٣٠ يوماً من التحقق. أما النسخ الاحتياطية فتُمحى ضمن دورتها المعتادة، وبحد أقصى ٩٠ يوماً.
